Old habits are hard to break, but my tactics are worth learning

Dear Customers,

Hundreds of my past customers have told me that the day they met me was the first day of the rest of their lives. The things I say are not ordinary things. Most people are shocked when they hear my claims, but they are intrigued and they are committed to asking me questions to see what I know about deer. I am all for it. The reason you never heard of me is because I am not on TV, Radio, or Sponsored at Deer Hunting Events.
I am an entrepreneur. I started my own business MINDFUL OF NATURE LLC and I run a website, and speak at public deer hunting venues to inform the public of my offerings. I teach book owners to make kings of herds hunt them.
The things I know about deer are secrets that deer have kept from humans for centuries. I have released some of these secrets in my first book, which has received an overwhelming appreciation among deer hunters and deer photographers across America, and into Canada. Folks are loving the close encounters they get with trophy-racked bucks and other deer when they use my tactics.
Over 99% of the people who have read my book, and have used my tactics choose to use DOMINANCE IS EVERYTHING® (Bob J. Mercier's tactics), because I invented the easiest method for any deer hunter to see the biggest-racked bucks in the area while hunting their own property, or any piece of land where deer exist. I know nothing about tame deer or deer in fences. I study wild (free ranging) deer and they study me.
I know dominant bucks better than anyone else in the world. It is a bold statement, but I am sure of it, and I am willing to back it up, by teaching what I know to society, and by answering questions about whitetail deer behavior. I certainly do not know it all. But what I do know is yours for under $50 and all you have to do is want to change your behavior in the "Deer World" in order for deer to stop alarming out and running from you.
I am not a biologist, nor do I have a college degree. I am a self-taught whitetail deer behavior expert, and I am all about teaching you the facts. I hope to write a college textbook about deer behavior and how to hunt deer successfully using the skills I learned from observing and analyzing deer behavior. If I could not make sense out of some behavior I witnessed, I wrote it down and put it in my memory bank. I saw it so it is a fact, but the situation the deer was in when it did what it did was different. That is why I could not make sense of it. I am really a scientist, I study deer behavior, and my findings are facts for all people to see.
I have written a one-of-a-kind book with 416 pages and 30 chapters all about whitetail deer, the king of the herd, his pecking order, their competitors, and the does and fawns that live within the territories of kings. I titled it DOMINANCE IS EVERYTHING...To A Monster Whitetail Buck! My book is all facts, and discoveries I have made, yet no one in the world has ever stated 99% of these facts about deer before. Why? Because they don't know the facts. Most human beings assume what deer do, rather than analyze the facts to see THE TRUTH as I do.
Some of the facts in the book are:
  • There are 9 different types of buck rubs that the king of the herd makes and no other bucks have a right to make. I define each type and tell you what they mean to the deer who made them, and the deer that find them. They are street signs. They state the rules in the deer world, and they tell deer what they need to know to always know where they are in the territory of each king.
  • I read buck rubs and I take my clients to the king's current bed, just from one rub. You can do it too if you read my book, and believe in what I teach.
  • Does bed in 3 unique core-doe bedding areas, and no mature bucks other than the king have any right to bed among the does.
  • I drew a map showing my readers where each of the 3 doe bedding areas are in relation to a compass, and how to find them.
  • Yearling bucks do not hold rank in the pecking order, they are not mature until December, and they are not allowed to breed unless there is not another buck that can beat them in a fight nearby.
  • Does, fawns, and yearling bucks bed together until the doe goes into heat, then the yearling buck is kicked out. He is no longer allowed to bed in doe bedding areas. He becomes a wanderer. That happens in mid-October in Wisconsin.
  • There is only one king in each herd, but all mature bucks display dominance when they are in view of other bucks.
  • Rub lines are made by the king of the herd, not other bucks. They represent the fact that the king is now bedding on the upwind side of the rub line to avoid being killed by the humans who interfered with his daily movement from his bed to the place he meets his does in midday. Rub lines tell you that humans have interfered with the way a king runs his herd. In most cases a human hunter put a tree stand in the dominant buck's bedding area, and now the king is not safe to be there in daylight.
  • Dominant buck bed downwind of every single deer in their herd, every day of the year, except when their life is in danger or when they are with a mate. In those instances the buck goes where he is safest to stay for extended periods of time, without ever taking other deer to his beds.
  • Dominant bucks rule the world of D.I.E. System Users. They HUNT US!
  • There is no better place to be then in the "Deer World" while the king of the herd hunts you down!
I am happy to share my knowledge as you can see, but I make my living doing this so, I am not offering my time for free. I expect you to buy my book if you want to learn from me, otherwise read this blog, or attend a FREE Seminar at a Sports Show, or call me at (262) 719-2743 to hire me to train you to think like me. That way you will meet the king of the herd on nearly every hunt for the rest of your days. No one is perfect! But my D.I.E. System is Amazing!

I am currently offering group training for 20 or more people anywhere in America, and I offer it 7 days a week, in any month except these dates: October 16 through November 28. If you want me to come to your town to teach you and a group of people then please call me today, so we can talk about it. Call my cell (262) 719-2743. Thank You.

I feel that I was gifted a blessing from God to learn what deer think. To be able to adapt to situations like a deer, and to be able to walk among deer unnoticed. Other people can do some of the things I am capable of, but no one has ever figured out how deer herds function (on a daily basis) like I have.
Deer hunting is supposed to be fun, and any deer hunter should be able to see a big buck each season, wherever big bucks exist. I know big bucks exist in every herd, but they do not always hold rank in the pecking order, and they are most certainly not yearling bucks or buck fawns. The problem most deer hunters have is... they assume that going into the woods with a license and a carcass tag gives them power to see monster bucks, and to be a big buck hunter. They are wrong. The carcass tag gives you a legal right to bag a deer, and the license makes you a deer hunter, but the power to see monster bucks on a regular basis is not something that you are granted at birth. You need to learn it. You need to understand deer behavior, so you can think like a monster buck, then you will always be able to find them, and then and only then, will you be able to call yourself a big-buck hunter.
Few people can pay a guide to see a monster buck. The ones that can are most often rewarded with a trophy buck, because their guide knows more about deer behavior than the customers do, and the guide has first-hand knowledge of where (the exact land mass area) on this earth they know big-racked bucks bed down from day-to-day. What most people who hunt deer do not realize is that deer know geometry. They go from Point A to Point B, and from Point B to Point C, and from Point C to Point D, and back to Point A. Mature deer are always on a mission, they are not just wandering around, as you may have assumed. Young deer are different, they do what ever pleases them, and many a deer hunter has rested his or her claims of how deer behave, based on sightings they have had while watching young deer (<2 years old) during daylight. That is not science, that is child's play. If you want to learn from deer you have to study the mature deer, and the older they get the smarter they are!
I have studied whitetails in the wild for over 34 years. In the early 1990's I studied over 320 individual wild deer that lived in a 3.5 mile X 6 mile area in Southern Wisconsin U.S.A. I had the will to allow the deer to teach me, what they think, what makes them move from one place to another, and how to predict their movements, and their reactions to certain situations they are faced with at different times of the day, the week, the month, and at any time in their lives. I set out on a mission (like deer do) to learn about dominant bucks and how to get within bow range (35 yards) of them on a daily basis.  I  learned so many facts about whitetail behavior that no one ever wrote about, talked about, or knew for that matter, that I believe I am blessed by God to know these facts.
I am able to walk among deer, to get within 35 yards of any deer without it ever seeing the man I really am. The deer accept me because I walk like them, talk like them, read deer sign like them, follow all the deer rules that I know like them, and react to threatening situations like they do. I don't believe that any other human being on this earth can do what I can do. You are entitled to your opinion, and so am I. I am willing to teach the skills I have attained while learning from deer, and I have done so ever since late November in 2001 when I taught Tom Earle from Palmyra WI how to use some of my tactics (I now named the D.I.E. Scrape System), to make the biggest racked bucks in any area fight over the right to come to your tree stand site, and the winner is the only buck that will remain there after sunrise, to meet you when you get there. Tom was the first believer in using the tactics I learned from deer, to get close to monster bucks in the rut, while armed and ready to fill a carcass tag. Since then I have personally taught over 1200 more people and they are loving the knowledge they now possess.
When you buy my book, you are becoming my student. You learn from me, what I have learned from deer. You learn to be invisible to deer, and how to walk among them unnoticed in daylight (while deer look right at you). Deer do not see humans. Humans announce their presence in the "Deer World" and tell all the deer they are humans. Deer do not ask if you are a human, so why do so many people think it is important to tell deer (through your actions, and your reactions) that their enemy is among them? I no longer think like a human when I enter the "Deer World".  I have trained myself to believe I am an invisible deer, and an invisible human both at the same time. No deer can see an invisible deer, nor do they know they exist, that is why they send their king to find me.
When you use my tactics, I teach you to be a deer, to take the human out of the hunt, and to allow deer to do what they normally do on a daily basis, without ever telling them that a human will be interfering with their travel plans. I have learned to think like a deer and instead of hunting them traditionally, I hunt them without them knowing I am hunting them with the skills I possess, and am sharing with society, I named my skills The DOMINANCE IS EVERYTHING® System.
In a deer world there are only 4 destinations (A, B, C, & D) that deer go on missions to get to. A is bedding, B is congregation zone, C is water, D is breeding Zone. Food sources are inside the congregation zone. Not only fields and food plots, but natural crops, nuts, and fruit trees, all provide food to deer. Congregation zones (B) include all food sources where deer congregate. Deer have many different food sources inside each dominant buck's territory. Congregation zones  include the edges of cover around the food sources.
Deer hunters (except D.I.E. Hunters) hunt traditionally. They go to deer. Some of them (maybe you) are very good at doing so, but that is not the case for the masses. I was never good at hunting deer traditionally. I want to get close to deer, not shoot them at distances over 35 yards unless I have to, and with D.I.E. I don't have to. I have found an easier way. I use my D.I.E. System. I no longer  go to the deer, if you do, then you are telling them you are human, their enemy, and then asking them to send out their smartest (biggest racked) bucks so you can kill them. Mature deer are not dumb, only the young ones are. Read my book, and learn from me, how deer think. Deer have jobs, and one of them is to never lead other deer to their death. Why do you think that mature deer always are in the 2nd position when they walk in single file lines through the open. The first deer is most often a yearling doe. The adult deer wants to live through any situation, especially one that is inevitably going to cull the herd, such as an encounter with a deer hunter who has an either sex carcass tag. Mature deer know that hunters aim at the first deer first. They know they can avoid being killed if they do not lead a group of deer. Yes they are that smart! Didn't you know that?
For less than $50 any person can learn to make the king of any deer herd hunt them. It is a FACT. I am the man who teaches you to accomplish that feat, and I am proud to be that man. Take my advice.
Set up a D.I.E. System Scrape and have the herd's most dominant buck come to you there. Does in heat, and does in estrus will also come to your stand site, as will challenging intruder bucks (mature bucks from other herds who are willing to fight the king for the right to breed at a D.I.E. Scrape. The king's own pecking order will not come to a D.I.E. Scrape unless the king has not discovered it yet, or in the case that you  were busted by the king, then he will tell them to stay away from you, but at least one lower ranked pecking order buck will still approach you. Doing it right (following the D.I.E. System Rules) assures the D.I.E. Hunter that the king and his competitors; monster bucks, swamp bucks, and challenging intruder bucks (2 years old or older from other herds) are most often the only bucks that will approach their D.I.E. Set Up while the D.I.E. Hunter is there.
Instead of adding destination E (a human tree stand) to their world I have developed my own system of making a D.I.E. Scrape (DOMINANCE IS EVERYTHING Scrape) that ends up representing one of their destinations. In D.I.E. Hunter Training Seminars I refer to it as Point D. Deer find it, they know it, and they accept it, although they have never encountered one just like the D.I.E. Scrape (ever before). I learned from deer, how to think like a deer, and I have seen the truth. I am not making anything up here. I am using the old proverb "If you can't beat them, then join them". I have learned what no other human has ever learned before. I see it as a miracle! I cannot make you buy my book, or come to a training seminar, just as I cannot make you believe that I speak the truth about deer behavior. All I can do is teach, and let my customers (students) learn to see the real facts about whitetail deer behavior. Once you see things from the perspective of deer, there is no turning back.
If you want to learn the real facts about deer, then click here and buy one of the remaining copies of my "GROUND BREAKING" book. Otherwise, you may never see THE TRUTH ABOUT DEER.
Reading my book will change the way you scout, hunt, and go about getting close to deer for the rest of your life. Try my tactics and you will see, that owning a copy makes you a believer in miracles!
God Bless those who see the truth.
